Shipping and return policies for Protean Shield

Shipping Info

Protean Shield merchandise and physical copies or our music is typically shipped via Hellenic Post. If Hellenic Post does not ship to your location we will look into an alternative and discuss any changes to the postage and handling fee.

Once your order is dispatched you should receive a confirmation including your tracking number to the email provided. If for some reason you do not this receive please get in touch with us.

Orders are shipped within 5 working days, the delivery time will be dictated by your location and the shipping location.

Typically estimated delivery times are 5-7 business days for orders within Greece and approximately 21 days for international orders, although chances are you will receive your order much sooner.

Please check the shipping date/release date on your purchase as you may be purchasing a pre-order due for release or re-press. If you change address during this period it is your responsibility to update your order or email change of address to us directly.

If your item needs to be re-shipped due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Depending on where you live you may incur a Customs Duty or import VAT for goods sent from abroad. Protean Shield is not responsible for any additional fees.

Return Policy

We have an exchange only return policy.

If your item/s arrive damaged –
We do our best to ship our products well and safely packaged. Please provide a description of your damaged goods including a photo and we will make sure you will receive a replacement.
